I resurrect myself from beyond the grave my body, now corrupted with taint coursing through my vein spikes my magic power and conjuring. I come back take you by the collar, open a outer world portal, and throw you in. I close the portal and then claim the hill as mine. I also ask if Coolgi3000 would like some tea.

I come over conjure a Predator Eldritch Warden and have you throw into the underworld.

i rise back up out of the ground, and ask again after slaying the eldritch garrison

 

I defeat an Eldritch Construct in the outer lands and get a primordial pearl. Then I go back to the overworld using the portal. I duplicate the pearl using a dupe glitch and use the duped pearls on one of the pure nodes created by the silverwood trees. It creates a lot of taint, however, due to there being a gigantic bright node nearby the taint biome disappears in seconds (the node doesn't get tainted). You are crippled by the pure node due to being mostly living taint. I finish you off by spamming curse of nine hells and shock at you, which is possible thanks to the gigantic amount of vis in the node. Then I burn your remains (which are purified by the node).

I vaccum up the ashes of TBlock, and show the death certificate to the propoer authorities. Upon seeing that they are legally dead along with the apparent lack of a will and family members, they allow me to claim ownership of all of their property.
I cast a powerful magic barrier spell over the hill with the help of brandonlk to prevent anybody other then me, and the residents of the tower to enter.
