The launcher has been put in place in order to be able to help the community better, to provide hot fixes which are required on client side and enhance the work environment for our awesome moderators with auto installed moderation tools. The credits to the packs are provided at the "Credits" link in the top right corner of the news page. This launcher is not meant to be used and shared outside of our community. We do not get any profit from it besides the possibility of being able to provide better support free of charge.
