Time: around 19:11 CEST I opened a loot crate, saw a wind generator from mekanism, was happy about it, until the loot crate reappeared in my inventory and I opened just one(!) (I had 2) and got empty beacon 2 times from Cyclic. Can you please help?
When it comes to loot crates you get what you get and you don't get upset. As you stated you opened two loot crates, there are a lot of factors that go into what might have happened here, you could have spammed opening of them resulting in the loot crates going haywire. There might have been a moment of lag when the server was saving, or other conditions. Unfortunately we do not refund lost items, especially from those rascally loot crates.
