Hey Daniel, sorry for not answering sooner, I apologise for that.

After investigating your ME system it seems that because you've been inactive (for a reason) that the Prism hasn't logged anything, meaning there's no history in the past 2 weeks, which leaves it pretty impossible to find out what happened, due to this, I'm afraid I have to leave you with the famous line: No refund policy

Also side tip: Please do not backseat Moderate if you're not aware of the situation, you're not helping by being rude, when a player is just asking for help.
