@ManiaXAsguard the end goal of metalocorp is for all of its members to learn how to effectively use any given mod in a modpack and to find the best combinations (or replacement) of mods to solve any problem we can think of. We also look towards full understanding of a mod, rather than knowing enough of how a mod works to reach the endgame portion of it. Those who work hard and are creative tend to get promoted quite quickly within our ranks as we look for the best to help those of us who run the group to keep track of our many employees. we also encourage those who are so inclined to apply for staff so that we can help players whenever they need it both in the corp and across all of mym.
