my copy of pokemon blue is bugged

hehehehe, lol, 10 levels is enough that the speed stat is a big gap, note i did say i'm at level 50 and am at the 5th gym, aka once i beat the league i should be at least in the 80s~

 

Depends more on the pokemon and its Ev's. You can't say "I'm 10 levels higher and thus faster."

And wasn't togekiss some kind of wall? (either physical or non-sphysical, can't remember)
Gengar is pretty fragile though but it can do a loooot of dmg

 

again, this is the original pokemon games, togekiss does NOT exist in pokemon blue, the 10 levels diffrence will mean everything

BUT considering speed it is still possible to be outspeeded
It depends on which 2 pokemon are fighting. (against most pokemon the highest level will win)
