My whole hearted opinion on staff.

Well with a large community like this, that will happen. I, for one, am not as frequent user of the forums as I should be. The admins and higher ups all have a certain niche, or special area that they work best in, and some of those area's require them to be behind the scenes more than out on the forums and in the community. And that's okay. We still rely on them to keep MYM working the way it should be. Also please try to remember that everyone has their own personality and way of speaking. an action or statment coulud come off the wrong way if you aren't used to talking to that person.

But if you feel like a staff member is negatively effecting our community, or you see someone that you think just needs a nudge in the right direction, please, PLEASE post it in the player/staff complaints section. You will not be judged, our management team is wonderful and will help resolve the issue. They take any complaints seriously, even if its a member of their own rank/team. So please never feel like you cant report something just because of who the staff member is. I assure you that that is not the case

All of the staff here, are here to help the players. Customer service and satisfaction is our top priority. If you feel that your ever handled in an incorrect manner please file a report in the player and staff complaint section.

I would miss every staff member apart from @Draven_Luv, she makes me cri every tim I join her TS channel

 

I would miss you....especially hearing you say "oops" and two minutes later half of the Nether was frozen over.

I could not stop laughing when another staff member came to talk to profrags... They were saying "that's not cool" and all I could keep giggling about was that was actually the problem... The nether became TOO cold rather than fiery hot...

 

I blame draven, she needed help in the nether so I offered It and I... Sort of helped her get some of her items back but... At the cost of me freezing over hell...

 

Yeah killing me and Scull in the process...like 10 times Hahaha. But hey, it ended up being something silly that we can all laugh about in the future ^-^

 

Yes as said staff are humans i try to spend as much time as i can on the forums but enough is never enough,also players are human to and that will always cause miscommunication we all as players and staff need to try to understand what they meant by it rather then what you would have meant if u said a msg that said that if you aren't sure how they meant it say so.


As staff our goal is to make players happy but we can only do so many things at once as staff you can feel like you are being pulled in so many directions at once and we have to choose what is the most important and do it first. I joined staff not to long ago so that their would be more staff to help with these issues. There are currently about 62 staff members including all types of admins, all types of mods, founders, managers and directors, and there are currently 8,182 (which would be about 8,120 not counting staff) members signed up on the forum and i know for a fact that not all players are on the forum. This means that if we assigned all players to a specific staff member that would help them each staff would have to help with over 130 members. So don't think we are ignoring you or just being to lazy to make a very good response cause we try to but sometimes that isn't the only thing you are dealing with at that time.
