I just started an island but when I try to create the nether portal, it don't work I already played on other server and I know how the portal work but even with the sign under the portal frame, it don't work, there isn't the message saying "active the sign with redstone to activate the portal" I checked on the link and my portal seems to be the same as the video
Hey there. Just a quick question, do you have a piece of redstone dust connected to the button to provide the power for the sign? Do you also have the word "portal" written on the sign?
I didn't tried with redstone because the portal confirmation message that is given when the sign is placed is not displayed and yes I wrote "portal" on the first line but I noticed that the sign isn't from minecraft but from the mod "moar sign", I can't craft vanilla sign Edit : I tried with a redstone dust and it worked
