Why not avoid conflict and just not sell them!?!? Like honestly I've seen you put up loads and I wonder to myself why.... yaknow'? Just stick to tier 1 if you do just to avoid the conflict that it makes.... as you can see there is lots of speculation around it and everyone feels different!
Thats my opinion anyway!

You're allowed to sell tier 1 jetpacks, anything above will be asked for them to be removed.

Failure to do this, will result in it being forcefully removed.
