Must say, there's only a handful of players. And @upup I meant no protection at all, not posibility or questbook reset.
Well obviously because this appeals only to a very small subsection of an already small subsection of the community. Nobody is going to spend weeks building their base when a guy can just raid it overnight.
yes they will as chugga stated before a small team of players got to endgaame 7 or 8 times on crackpack and THERE ARE EXPLOITS(spirit dimension)(carpennter's safe)(enderchest[vanilla]) to become unraidable
Thats the challenge! You have to find a good balance between efficient builds that work well but don't take up too much space so that you can hide it well. Also with a world border of 5k blocks in each direction it will take time to locate one another.
Still the mere fact that you could spend weeks building something that someone will then just raze is dumb. The concept is not very smart and clearly will make the server wildly unsuccessful in the execution. Dont believe me? Take a look at the player numbers for a few weeks.
There are plenty of players who enjoy this type of play style. Crackpack comes to mind. And you personally don't like it, there is always the regular Regrowth server.
I had to admit, I would much rather play on a Regrowth server that is half way between the normal one and this new one.. one that has constant pvp but only limited raiding, for example by having claims enabled, but also have HQM's lives system set up to abandon all of a players claims if they die too many times at which point their base could be freely raided. It could possibly even be a server where claim protection bypass was not only allowed but actively encouraged, as it would be a good to help us find methods we don't already know about so we can change things on the other servers to protect against them
