You have the rights to create pull request. Meaning when you click edit it will clone the repository and open the editor of your clone. Once you save your changes it will ask you if you want to pull request it. (request us to implement the changes)
Slind, i finished update and formatting (again) I had to correct errors and make proper formatting/wording more effective - I know i'm dwelling on this section. but my name is on it. and with anything.
