It's a pvp server and those commands will just give the players an easy way out or and easy way to hunt down peeps. Yeah i know there's a 5 second chaneling, but come on, with a little hide and seek you wan /RT out of any fight. Same with /home and /tpa. I dont see any need of those commands, they're just a lazy tool.
Only way i would consider allowing these commands would be. IF it was possible to make them cost MyMs. and at a "fair" price. I am not sure if that is even possible. Only commands i could agree on, if above is possible. /tpa /home
I like this idea. I agree, only way I would like to see them in this pack. Other than that, people should have to work their way up for it.
I really think that /home should be a thing since now there is no point going to the farm world since you will never get back to your base when you are starting off. Also with nether portals sometimes when you walk through your portal to go back to your base you end up in someone else's portal (what can be really far from your base) /tpa is really nice for a group of friends to all meat up to go mining , build a base ,find a dungeon, etc /back I have noticed that this has been removed now but without any of the other commands above there is nowhere to go unless back to your grave when you die But if these commands do become a thing when you get tagged in pvp I think you should not be able to use a command for 10 seconds after the last hit to avoid people from run away from battle all the time.
One trip to the farm world and you should have enough materials to make a phone. Invar is easy to get and I'm selling pearls on the market or trading them.
Under the "EssentialsEco" section of the essentials config file, you can set costs for essentials commands, such as /home or /tpa etc. This is of course assuming that the economy plugin handling MYMs hooks into essentials.
This might get a bit ranty, so read at your own will! The Pack was made so that commands don't have to be, and shouldn't be used. We had multiple ways to teleport around on the test server, and all it took was EXP. Exp wasn't exactly the hardest thing to get thanks to Essance berry bushes, so this wasn't a problem. Having the commands would mean the pack is being played unlike the packmaker intended. So you just need to get to that point where you can make An Ender Cellphone and keep feeding it pearls, you shouldn't have a problem. This is a community based pack, build near spawn around other players, and you wont have a problem getting back to your home. Done.
