Implemented Skyfactory 3 fire spread

    Me, no, I wouldn't turn it off, I have enough time playing minecraft that I am able to build with fire spread in mind, or not care if it happens. There is also a reason why fire spread is a rule in vanilla minecraft that can be disabled, because it isn't for everyone. I have watched many people lose large parts of their base because they didn't know it was on, thought they built it safe from fire not knowing exactly how far it can spread or being unfamilure with the mechanic at all. This isn't like mob griefing at all. For that there is the obvious flaw of turning it back on, people will start losing stuff, even without people doing so maliciously.

    The lightning rod is a good idea, but for SF3 you have to do a decent amount of work before you can get into that, not to mention, as with other lightning rods, having one does not guarantee that the lighting will strike the rod instead of elsewhere. I am wanting the server to be new player friendly too, not just for the experienced players.

    well, there is always the part where you place a sign at spawn at around where the player is facing when they login stating that firespread is on...

    Firespread should be turned off now. Keeping this uniform with all other MyM servers.
