Done Solar Panel 1

    Hi!
    I would like to ask for help on how to run Solar Panel 1.
    Solar Panel 2 is a mission, so I want to know, but I did not see anything in the quest book.

    How to run it? You place it on the ground and attach aluminum wires or energy conduit. The Solar panels in the quest book are not craftable, the Solar panel I is received from a quest reward, you then use that Solar Panel I to craft II through VI I believe it is.

    I just did not get Solar Panel I from any quest.

    So it can never be?
