Suggestion: Ban short-range items that can bypass protection in claims only.

From what I can remember, we did have Rod of the Molten core restricted near claims before, but people still found a way to bypass protection with it, so I don't think its going to get unbanned any time soon sadly.

Just want to say as well that we don't outright ban items lightly as we don't want to alter the pack beyond what is necessary and we don't want to restrict players in what they can do within reason. We always chose the least disruptive option to deal with items when we can. Any outright banned items either cause severe problems that we cant workaround, or for one reason or another we can't restrict in any other way.
