Thaumic Skies - new MyM Pack and Server

Any ideas when HQM will be added to the pack? I know you said when they make it stable enough, but do you have any sort of idea when that will be? I struggle to stick with a skyblock without HQM to guide me along.

 

The questing mod I will be using is called better questing. It's a bit different from HQM but has the same general concept. It all depends on the mod author since he is aware of the issue and as soon as the problem is fixed I will start working on questlines

 

I seen this mod when it was released a few weeks back.
It look really promising. Let me know how you like it.
Was thinking about adding it myself in the future and an RPG tutorial.

 

Does the last milenium get reset? I want to build there for fps reasons.

 

As the only purpose for the last millennium is building, no it wont get reset. Just like on INF.

 

umm How do you get Pam's Seeds?

 

I'd test if seeds drop from breaking grass, if so, that'll be your main way of getting seeds. If not you'll have to build the marketplace from Pam's mod. Look it up in NEI for recipe

Question: Will one of the early quests be to have an iron ingot and reward like six more of them, to allow players to quickly craft the crucible? The grind to not only reach that point, but then also get a couple more to actually be able to start making the iron ore, would be greatly sped up that way.

Other than that one quest request, I'm pretty much open to whatever you want to implement, though if you want suggestions, I could wrack my brain for some.

 

So um, just to be positive, is there any reason Transfer Nodes don't work with World Interaction Upgrades on cobble gens? Cuz I sorta wasted iron on that... soooooo....

 

They don't work because you're supposed to rely on Thaumic creations, like the Thaumic Stone Extruder.

 

Yeah that's turned off in the configs. It's too easy since you can make guaranteed iron with it etc. I'd recommend reading the changes on git since most of the changes are listed there.

 

Well idk whats the story but whenever i log in to the server i cant do anything after reserching the new recepies for the infinite lava it lags so bad that its imposible to play for me

yes i know now its the new years fireworks from one of the mods and it actualy makes imposible to play and i cant make ticket mabe if someone will be free can look it up

I love this pack for the sole reason of it being centered around my all time favorite mod. You my friend, did an amazing job

 

I dont understand why everone crashes from fireworks even after it was patched i got mine and i didnt freeze or crash but chugga_fan seemed to disconect the second he joined untill they were finished

 

The first set of fireworks I got, my game ran fine until I looked up to watch them. Then my game started going five seconds a frame before freezing up for a minute. After that freeze, though, it started running normally again, even with the fireworks still going.
