transfer nodes for liguid don't work as pump, do they?

EDIT: Testing in singleplayer confirmed. Transfer nodes aren't pumps.

Can I have the link to the wiki? I don't think they are supposed to pick up liquids.

It only adds the infinite water source option because that is hard coded. It makes less lag than other means of making water (same as the cobble gen and the quarry). They don't have any other use than that besides also being a sort of liquid pipe (without world interaction upgrade).

Transfer Node (Liquids) - Feed The Beast Wiki

    Let me try water.

EDIT : Not even working with water.[DOUBLEPOST=1421596288,1421596154][/DOUBLEPOST]
It still says works well with blood magic rituals, tried both lava and water none of them is working

Infinite water source works well after all.

If you use the "U" key on the world interaction upgrade it tells what the uses are (works for all extra util items btw). It only mentions the infinite water source. The wiki page may be an old post that explain previous uses. (Has to be from even before Monster, it had the same uses there).

EDIT: First time i was griefed the pump was claimed and the claim got cleared somehow.

    Try something for me...

    • Build lava ritual
    • Place the node one block above the ritual
    • Insert world interaction upgrade in node
    • start ritual

I want to see because it looks like the node is on the master ritual stone and not one block above it.

The other option is to supply essence to the ritual and it will auto input into any liquid inventory.

It is on top of the lava so it means is 1 block above the master ritual stone, and i tested in single player and NEI usages for the liquid specifies for only infinite water sources. :D

Ok. Have you tried pumping essence into the ritual to have it automatically place the lava into a tank ?

Sanctus makes that happen. But it is quite expensive for something that would have taken just a pump, isn't it?
