What Kind of Modpack / Mods Do you Want In a Pack ?

 

CraftMine could be an interesting addition to the MYM network, as it is very innovative and is fully open with its development. I've gotta thread with details about the pack and I'm always answering everyone's questions about the pack. I'm giving an 30% chance on a new modpack on the network ATM because of the admins being stretched

 

Could you add pickle pack magical 3, it has amazing magic mod integration and if you host a server for it, more people will play it

 

FTB Unstable 1.8 would be interesting.
Might not actually be stable enough for MYM, but it is a 1.8 modpack, which I haven't really seen on MYM yet.
If there's already a 1.8 modpack on MYM, then sorry, but it would be a nice 1.8 addition.

 

Firstly, how does adding a modpack make it more popular and more people play it?
Secondly, no there are no 1.8 packs, and as I understand it they will jump straight to 1.8.9 or 1.9 packs

When I say 1.8 modpacks, I am talking about 1.8.9, and making servers 1.8.x packs would help with the move to 1.9 modpacks at some point.

 

From what I remember most packs on MYM have forge as they see it as reliable, and forge doesn't have an 1.8.9 version.
Like I've said before it's highly unlikely to get a new pack ATM.
