These are the most common problems when trying to use a digi miner and it isn't working. Step 1: Does it have power? Step 2: Is the redstone signal set to high? Step 3: Is the machines inventory full? Step 4: Is it trying to mine in a claim? Step 5: Is all the ore that you are trying to mine already gone? To fix step 4 I think you need to trust the mekanism fakeplayer. The rest of the steps should be self explanatory how to fix.
Also, don't forget to chunk load the area that you are mining. In my experience, if you don't the loader will stop working. Thanks, KCSpence (Edited to add my sig line.)
