Done Wither skeletons not spawning.

Hey,

I've been searching for Whiter skeletons for about 2 Hours now and i didn't even find a single one.. Could Wither skel spawning be broken or so?

 

Could be a chunk loading issue. Try placing a 5x5 iron loader in a fortress, that might help

 

Yeah, Sandstroem has the perfect idea to start with. Chunkloading can cause a delay in mob spawns. Also make sure you "try" to clear other mobs in the area. (i put try, coz i know it isnt always easy todo so)
