I am closing this thread as the topic has drifted hugely from the original question, which has already been answered by sirwill.

If you wish to suggest a change in our policies please create a new thread for that topic and state what you want changed and why. Also please keep any comments, objections and additions concise and to the point. If any thread de-rails from talking about a suggestion and just turns into people squabbling amongst themselves again it WILL be closed. This is the suggestions and feedback section, not the "lets have a philosophical debate" section.
